Dear Members,

Martin Plummer, the NCDAI Chairman, will attend the Taxi Council Meeting on 9th March to represent the NCDAI members. We are aware there are issues & difficulties with regards to the SGS/NCT tests, SPSV licensing and getting vehicles successfully passed out and eligible to work legally.

We would appreciate if the members who have experienced these difficulties would be able to advise of same by return so that Martin can raise these issues/ difficulties at the meeting on March 9th.
